David Peters has consulted with large and small businesses since 1984 and has owned small businesses in the past. Upon taking an apprenticeship program as a mechanical millwright, David specialized in trouble-shooting operational problems including motivation, safety, training and logistics. He has been a mentor and coach for manufacturing, fabrication, and retail organizations providing quality assurance, scheduling, facilities management and customer service as an innovative change agent.
David has worked in the United States and Canada changing the Quality of Life for hundreds of business owners, managers and employees. His results oriented approach to day to day challenges has helped businesses achieve their desired goals. He is well versed in most financial accounting software, incentive programs, and policy manuals.
In today’s economy, David has used his sales and marketing skills to help small businesses reach more of their target customers effectively and timely. He has analyzed and developed pricing models for businesses’ products and services to make them more competitive in the market place. As a good communicator, and with his interpersonal skills, he has provided small business owners with the tools necessary to grow and prosper.
