George Leddicotte has been a management consultant since 1980. George’s consulting career began by providing relocation advisory and management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and Government agencies. He has designed and written more than 500 relocation policies and programs for companies and government agencies; has successfully managed more than 100 group moves ranging in size from 10 to 1000 employees; has developed and delivered numerous seminars and training sessions; and has completed many client specific projects.

In 1983, George was the first relocation industry representative to contact the US Government after the passage of Public Law 98-151 and subsequently was responsible for signing more than a quarter of a billion dollars of government relocation contracts.

In 1988, George established a management services and consulting firm specializing in corporate mobility and relocation advisory services. The companies of The FEASIBILITY Group included: FEASIBILITY Relocation Management Services, Inc., which provided employee relocation services; FEASIBILITY Consulting Services, Inc. which provided strategic planning and mobility consulting services and conducted relocation seminars and workshops; and The Relocation Solutions Network, Inc. which provided real estate brokers, van line agents, and other relocation service providers with a comprehensive menu of relocation and referral services that could be utilized to differentiate these firms in their local markets.

In 2002, George decided to utilize his experience as a strategic planning consultant and small business owner to assist small and medium-sized businesses in North America. In this capacity he has worked with more than 600 businesses to analyze their current situation; design a business improvement plan; and manage the activities leading to business turn-around, improved profitability, and improved cash flow.
